Shipping & Delivery Information
At vlecorner.com, we specialize in digital educational products and services. Since our offerings are primarily digital, there is no physical shipping involved for most of our products. This policy outlines our delivery process for both digital and any physical products we may offer.
Digital Products Delivery
For all digital products including online courses, eBooks, study materials, and digital certificates:
- Instant Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased digital content through your account dashboard.
- Email Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with access instructions and links to your purchased content.
- Account Dashboard: All your digital purchases are available in your personal account dashboard for lifetime access (unless otherwise specified).
- No Shipping Charges: There are no shipping charges for digital products.
Note: If you do not receive access to your digital content within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact our support team at support@vlecorner.com.
Physical Products Delivery
For the occasional physical products we may offer (such as certificates, books, or study kits):

Physical orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Digital Certificate Delivery
For course completion certificates:
- Digital Certificate: Available for download immediately after course completion.
- Physical Certificate: Optional printed certificate available for an additional fee of ₹199. Delivery time: 10-15 business days.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we do not ship on national holidays. Delivery times may be extended during festival seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or transportation delays.
Tracking Your Order
For physical products, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. For digital products, you can access your content anytime through your account dashboard.
