How to Cancel

To cancel a course enrollment:

  1. Log in to your vlecorner.com account
  2. Go to “My Courses” section
  3. Click on the course you wish to cancel
  4. Select “Request Cancellation”
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions

Important: Once you have accessed more than 20% of course content or downloaded any study materials, cancellation may not be available. Please review course details carefully before purchasing.

Refund Eligibility

When Refunds Are Granted

Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:

  • Course cancellation within the eligible period
  • Technical issues that prevent access to the course content
  • Duplicate payment for the same course
  • Course content significantly differs from what was advertised
  • Instructor cancellation of a live course

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses with completion certificates already issued
  • Courses where more than 20% of content has been accessed
  • Downloadable study materials, eBooks, or resources
  • Course bundles where any course has been accessed
  • Subscription fees for periods that have already passed
  • Special promotional or discounted courses (unless specified)

Note: In exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation will be required.

Wallet Refunds

For amounts stored in your vlecorner wallet:

  • Wallet funds can be used for future purchases on our platform
  • Wallet refunds to original payment source are subject to a minimum balance of ₹500
  • Wallet-to-bank transfers may incur processing fees (currently 2% or ₹10, whichever is higher)
  • Wallet funds do not expire and can be used anytime
